I love biscuits! I mean really, who doesn't but they can be a little tricky to make. The MUST be tender and flaky and oh so yummy. No hockey pucks allowed. I keep trying to perfect them and keep losing so I found a recipe for Angel Biscuits on allrecipes.com. They turned out quite good and I would make them again as they were fast and easy.
