Crash Hot Potatoes
I made these potatoes tonight with our chicken fried steak and they were yummy. I found the recipe here at The Pioneer Woman Cooks. If you haven't checked out her site you should as she is so funny and has some awesome recipes. It was 103* here in the shade today and I still turned on the oven to 450* and it was well worth it.
