added about a 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour to the recipe and that's it. Simple, simple, simple!
Proofing the yeast.
It is forming a ball and cleaning the sides of the bowl.
All done and it needs to rise for about an hour. I covered it with plastic wrap and set it in my unlit oven.
OOOOPS...I forgot about it...LOL. I punched it down and put it into a ziploc bag and tossed it in the refrigerator.
